1.1. “We”, “us”, or “our”: Refers to the owner and operator of this website (Krser.com) is owned by the company Rysser Limited. (hereinafter referred to as “Krser”). The company is incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and its address is ROOM 511, 5/F, MING SANG IND BLDG, 19-21 HING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, Hong Kong.
1.2. “You” or “User”: Refers to any individual or entity that accesses this website, purchases products, or uses our services.
1.3. “Product”: Refers to all goods sold through this website, including but not limited to various electronic products, related accessories, and other 3C products.
1.4. “Service”: Refers to all non-physical services we provide, including but not limited to equipment repair, the provision of virtual products (such as downloadable files), and online services (such as digital guides).
2. Product and Service Information
2.1. Scope of Products: We sell a variety of 3C electronic products and provide related services in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. Product Sourcing and Handling: All products are sourced from legitimate channels. Before sale, all products undergo thorough inspection and are packaged properly.
2.3. Quality Assurance: We promise that all products sold have undergone strict functional testing before shipment to ensure their functions are consistent with the product description provided on our website.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Price Adjustments: Due to market fluctuations, the prices of products on this website may be adjusted.
3.2. Final Price: The price at the time you place your order and make payment is the final transaction price. We do not accept any requests for refunds or price difference compensation due to price changes (increases or decreases) after you have placed an order.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
4.1. Order Processing Time This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment after you place it. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. This includes product verification, a final quality inspection, and packaging.

Please Note: During peak seasons or public holidays, processing time may be extended to approximately 10 business days. For special or large-sized equipment, please allow up to 10-12 business days for dispatch. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.
4.2. Shipping Time This is the estimated time it takes for your order to travel from our dispatch center to your delivery address.

Estimated shipping time: 7-15 days. This timeframe can vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the logistics provider’s performance. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4.3. Total Delivery Time The total estimated time to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Therefore, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order.

The times provided are estimates. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee them due to unpredictable factors such as customs delays or logistical challenges.

Orders are processed chronologically based on when they are placed. We appreciate your patience.
4.5. Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in rare instances, issues during transit can occur. This policy outlines the procedure for such events.

Definition of a “Lost Package”: A package is not considered “lost” until an official investigation (trace) has been initiated with the shipping carrier. The package is officially declared lost only when the carrier confirms it cannot be located after the investigation period (typically 10-15 business days) is complete. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are still in transit or under investigation.

Process for Suspected Lost Packages: If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period (e.g., more than 7 consecutive business days), please contact our customer service immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Your patience and cooperation during this period are greatly appreciated.

Resolution for Confirmed Lost Packages: Once the carrier officially confirms the package is lost, we will offer you two options:

A full refund of your order.

A reshipment of the same items, subject to availability.

Process for Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of: (a) the damaged outer packaging, (b) the shipping label, and (c) the damaged product(s) inside. This evidence is crucial for us to file a claim with the carrier. Failure to report in a timely manner may affect our ability to provide a resolution.
By placing an order, you agree to follow this procedure in the event of a shipping issue. This allows us to work efficiently with our logistics partners to resolve the matter on your behalf.
5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
5.1. Policy for Quality Issues: If the product you receive has a functional defect not caused by human damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will need to return the defective product to our designated address. Upon receipt and confirmation of the issue, we will, at our discretion, either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
5.2. Returns for Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind): We accept returns for non-quality issues (e.g., you changed your mind) subject to the following conditions:

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Product Condition: The product must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with no new signs of use, damage, or scratches. The serial number must match our records, and all original packaging and accessories must be included. For new products, the original seal must not be broken.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the product’s value will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, processing, and depreciation costs.

Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by you.
5.3. Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If approved, we will process your refund, but a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will be deducted. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment partners (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and our internal processing costs.

Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our return policy (Clause 5.2) after you receive the package.
5.4. Return Inspection and Refund Adjudication
All returned products are subject to a rigorous inspection upon receipt. We maintain detailed pre-shipment records, including serial numbers (SN/IMEI), photos, and videos of the product’s condition, which will be used as the benchmark for this inspection. The outcome of this inspection is final and will determine the refund eligibility and amount.
The inspection will result in one of the following outcomes:

Full Compliance (Pass): If the product is returned in its exact original condition and meets all return criteria outlined in Clause 5.2, the refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant policy (e.g., a full refund for quality issues, or a refund minus the 20% restocking fee for non-quality issues).

B. Mismatched or Fraudulent Item (Instant Rejection): If the returned item’s serial number (SN/IMEI) does not match our pre-shipment records, or if the returned item is a different product entirely, the return will be deemed fraudulent and immediately invalidated.

Consequence: No refund will be issued. We will notify you of the fraudulent return. You will have 14 days to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your own expense. If you fail to do so within this period, the item will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.

C. Customer-Inflicted Damage or Devaluation (Partial Deduction): If the product is returned with new damage, signs of misuse, or devaluation not present at the time of shipment (e.g., new scratches, dents, iCloud/Google account locks, missing accessories), but is still considered salvageable:

Consequence: We will assess the cost of repair or the reduction in resale value caused by the damage. This amount will be deducted from your potential refund, in addition to any applicable restocking fees. We will provide you with a notification and explanation of the deductions.

D. Severe Damage or Unsellable Condition (Full Rejection): If the product is returned in a severely damaged, non-functional, or unsellable condition due to clear customer misuse, improper handling, or inadequate packaging during return transit:

Consequence: The return will be invalidated as the item’s value has been destroyed. No refund will be issued. You will be notified of the inspection outcome.

By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this inspection and adjudication process.
5.5. Refund Policy for Virtual Products: Due to the special nature of virtual products, downloadable files, etc.), once sold, we do not offer any form of return or refund service unless it is for a quality issue, such as the product itself being unusable.
6. Warranty and After-Sales Service
6.1. After-Sales Label: Please ensure that the after-sales label affixed to the product remains intact. Under any circumstances, privately tearing off, damaging, or altering the after-sales label will be considered as voluntarily waiving all rights to warranty and after-sales service.
6.2. Product Disassembly: It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the device without notifying us. Any act of private disassembly will be regarded as a possible replacement of internal parts by you, and we will refuse to provide any subsequent after-sales service for this reason. If you do need to open the product for inspection, you must contact our customer service in advance and proceed under our real-time video call supervision. If you are unable to restore the product or cause damage due to your own improper handling, all losses shall be borne by you, and we will not provide a refund or repair service.
7. Your Responsibilities and Obligations
7.1. You promise to provide accurate, complete, and truthful order information, including your shipping address and contact details. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information.
7.2. You agree not to use this website or our products for any illegal or prohibited purpose under these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. Except for the quality guarantees explicitly stated in these Terms, all products are provided “as is,” and we do not offer any other form of express or implied warranty.
8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No one may use it without our written permission.
10. General Provisions
10.1. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these Terms at any time. All revisions will be posted on this website and will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
10.2. Governing Law: The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws in Hong Kong.
10.3. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction for litigation.
