Is the device original?
We solemnly promise that all device main units (e.g., phones, computers) we sell are 100% original, unlocked, and have not had their mainboards repaired.
Are the repair parts original?
For repair parts like screens, we provide multiple options: You can choose an original screen, or a high-quality branded screen that offers equally excellent performance, giving you more versatile options.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from individual sellers and certified recycling agencies. And accessories all from trusted factories.
How do you grade the conditions?
We define the condition of our devices after rigorous appearance and functional testing.
“99% New (Excellent)” means it’s nearly new with very minor imperfections.
“95% New (Good)” indicates slight bumps and scratches.
“90% New (Fair)” suggests minor scratches on the screen and frame.
Is the device unlocked?
Yes, all devices we sell are unlocked versions, so you are free to use any carrier network that supports the model.
What is the battery health?
We guarantee the battery is functional for daily use, but we do not promise a specific health percentage. For any used device, a health percentage below 100% is normal.
Can I see photos of the actual unit?
Due to the large number of products, we cannot take photos of different conditions and details for each product, so we only give examples of different conditions. In addition, due to the confidentiality of customer information, the serial number of the product may be leaked when taking photos, which will cause unnecessary trouble. However, our quality inspection department will strictly classify all equipment according to the conditions we define. And after you place an order, we will take photos and test videos of the product you purchased for archiving. At the same time, it will be sent to you by email.
Are the functions working properly?
Yes, all devices must pass our comprehensive functional tests before being sold to ensure they are 100% functional.
What about cosmetic issues on older models?
Please be aware that used products (especially older models) may show normal signs of natural aging, like screen aging or paint peeling, which are not considered quality faults.
Is the data wiped before shipping?
Absolutely, this is a mandatory step. Before shipping, we will completely erase all data from the device and restore it to factory settings.

Do your prices include tax?
We cannot pay customs duties for you, so we will not charge any taxes. When we hand over the goods to the logistics company, it will be delivered directly to the address you left when you placed the order (logistics companies usually charge taxes to deal with your local customs tax issues). Can I change my order?
If the order has not been processed, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. Orders cannot be changed once shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
After we start processing the order, we cannot cancel the order due to the uncertainty and price sensitivity of second-hand equipment. For example, after we start processing the order and purchase the product from an individual buyer or recycling agency, they usually will not accept our cancellation of the order. Because the second-hand equipment continues to drop in price. So please understand our difficulties. Please carefully confirm the model, memory, version, and condition of your purchase before you pay.
Why did my payment fail?
Please check if your payment information is correct, or contact your card-issuing bank. It could be due to insufficient funds or a security block from the bank.
Do I need an account to order?

How do I know my order was successful?

When will my order be shipped?
It generally takes about a week for preparation and inspection. For special products like tablets and computers, it may take 10 days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time usually takes 7-15 days, depending on the destination country. (For some countries, it might be as quick as 2-3 days, while for others, it could extend beyond 2-3 weeks.) We will provide a tracking number for your shipment. You can track your order through 17track.net and other parcel tracking websites.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we will email you the tracking code. You can check it on sites like 17track.net.
I haven't received my tracking code. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, please contact us, and we will check for you.
My tracking information isn't updating. What should I do?
It’s normal for international tracking to not update for a few days during customs clearance. If there’s no update for more than [7-10] days, please contact us.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and package weight. You will see the exact fee at the final step of checkout after entering your address.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos as evidence and contact us immediately. We will assist you with the process.
Can I change the address after it's shipped?
We’re sorry, but we cannot change the address once an order has been shipped. Please ensure your address is accurate when ordering.
Can you combine shipping for multiple items?
If your multiple orders have not yet been processed, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee success.

We do not support returns for any non-quality issues, such as those related to color, system version, or original factory design problems. And more details please check our refund policy.
What if my product has a quality issue?
If the device has a quality problem, we offer a replacement service. You’ll need to send the original device back, and we will ship a new one upon receipt.
What is the return/replacement process?
Contact customer service to explain the issue -> Get return instructions -> Ship the device back to us -> We ship the replacement upon receipt. Because we need to confirm it is our problem.
Who pays for return shipping?

What actions will void the warranty?

Why can't I tear off the label?
The after-sales label is crucial proof for warranty service. If it’s torn, we cannot verify the device’s internal condition and consider the warranty voided.
Can I open the device myself?
Yes, but you MUST contact customer service first to have us witness the process via a real-time video connection, otherwise the warranty will be voided.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes, we offer professional phone repair services, including mainboard repair, battery/screen replacement, etc.
What is the turnaround time for after-sales service?
Replacements are typically processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the return. Repair time depends on the specific issue.
What are the exclusions for returns?
Exclusions include: non-quality issues, color or aging issues, price fluctuations, tearing the after-sales label, or private disassembly.

What OS version does it have?
We cannot guarantee a specific OS version. The device will come with a compatible and tested OS version.
Can I update the OS?
Yes, you can install official OS updates normally. Please note, however, that very old models may no longer receive the latest updates.
Is it compatible with my carrier?
All phones are unlocked and should be compatible with all standard networks. To ensure 100% compatibility, we recommend you check the network bands.
What is the battery health percentage?
We guarantee the battery is functional but do not promise a specific health percentage. For used devices, anything below 100% is normal.
My device is slow, what should I do?
We recommend you first try restarting the device, which can solve most temporary software issues.
Why is the device getting hot?
It is normal for a device to get warm when running intensive apps or charging. We do not support returns for this reason.
The screen looks a bit weird, is it normal?
For older used models, the display may show slight signs of normal aging (like a warmer color temperature), which is considered normal.
What if my device has a system bug?
System bugs are typically manufacturer software issues fixed in later updates. We do not support returns for this reason.
Is the phone still water-resistant?
For used devices, we do not guarantee that the factory water resistance is still intact. Any liquid damage is not covered by our warranty.
